Lexi Noel is a pop singer whose birthday is on Christmas, and today, she’s the subject of our New Music Now Interview!
batteryPOP: When did you start performing?
Lexi: About 3 years ago. My first gig was three 45 min shows at Six Flags! I had never performed on stage before! It was awesome.
batteryPOP: Where do you get inspiration for your songs?
Lexi: From real life personal experiences, from fans and friends. Just everyday life.
batteryPOP: If you could write a theme song for any cartoon, what would it be?
Lexi: Rugrats, Kim Possible or Fairly Odd Parents!
batteryPOP: Where's the weirdest place you have ever performed?
Lexi: The NYE Possum Drop but it was so cool at the same time! They drop the ball like Times Square but it's got a stuffed possum in the middle. But it was so much fun and I love the town, which is one of my biggest supporters.
batteryPOP: If you could perform anywhere, where would it be?
Lexi: Madison Square Garden!
batteryPOP: If you could sing a duet with anyone, who would it be, and what would you sing?
Lexi: Katy Perry and Fireworks (I already planned it out)
batteryPOP: What do you do for fun when you aren't singing?
Lexi: Hanging out with my friends downtown going rollerblading in the city
batteryPOP: If you had to start a band that sang just about one thing, what would you sing about, and what would your band name be?
Lexi: We would be called The Raging Cupcakes and yah we would sing about them!
batteryPOP: If you were a superhero, who (or what) would be your sidekick?
Lexi: KOKO my dog because she thinks she's ferocious. But not really :)
